Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with our internal team members. Regarding the vehicle document process
- Update details in our ERP Software.
- Coordinate with customers, operations teams, drivers, brokers, and vendors for timely vehicle placement.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time loading, dispatch, transit, and delivery.
- Handle transportation planning for ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) and FTL (Full Truck Load) shipments.
- Ensure timely completion of loading and unloading activities by coordinating with site teams.
- Verify transportation documents, including permits, e-way bills, invoices, PODs, gate passes, and other statutory documents.
- Maintain daily records of vehicle placement, freight rates, broker payments, and operational updates.
- Resolve transportation issues, delays,



and vehicle shortages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Keep track of market freight trends and provide updates on transportation rates.

Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline (Logistics qualification is an added advantage)

13 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Traffic Operations, or Fleet Coordination

Positive understanding of trailers, heavy commercial vehicles, route planning, and transportation documentation

Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Transport Management Systems
