We are hiring for the position of Operations Executive

Department: Operations

Designation: Operations Executive

Qualification: MBA – Operations

Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Purpose To support day-to-day operations, coordinate field activities, maintain records, monitor work progress, and ensure smooth execution of LPG mandatory inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities and inspection schedules.
- Coordinate with field inspectors and internal teams.
- Monitor daily work completion and pending activities.
- Maintain operational records, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Support onboarding and training activities for current employees.
- Maintain training and competency records.
- Follow company procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support audits and maintain required documentation.
- Assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.




- Planning and organizational skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams and manage multiple activities.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification

- MBA in Operations or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in operations, field service, inspection, or a related industry will be an advantage.
