JoulestoWatts is looking for Operations professionals with a Computer Science/IT background and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical understanding, analytical skills, operational expertise, and strong communication abilities. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining process efficiency, and working with technology-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Monitor and track process performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Analyze operational data and identify process gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS.
- Support process automation and technology-driven operational initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of AI/ML concepts to understand and support technology-enabled processes.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards.




- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Basic to good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and operational metrics.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant technical certifications or project experience in AI/ML will be preferred.

Experience
- Freshers: Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications in CS/AI/ML are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates: 1–5 years of experience in Operations, IT Operations, Technical Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
