What You Will Do

As an Operations Intern/Executive, you will:

- Track and identify government tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, and State Tender Portals.
- Manage tender documentation and support end-to-end bid submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with OEMs and vendors for quotations, authorizations, and tender-related documents.
- Support order execution through effective stakeholder and supplier coordination.
- Maintain tender trackers, deadlines, compliance records, and MIS reports in Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of tendering and order fulfillment activities.

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BBA,



B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA, M.Com, or equivalent).
- 2025 and 2026 pass-outs or college pursuing students are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
