Our founder, Deeksha Senguttuvan, spent years working across healthcare and technology. Her close interactions with parents revealed a significant gap in paediatric care. Families were often navigating large hospitals with long wait times and limited personal connection, or relying on fragmented and inconsistent care.

There had to be a better way.

In 2024, we started with one clinic and a simple mission: to make paediatric care feel closer, calmer, and kinder.

Today, Hoola Health is a growing network of neighbourhood clinics offering consultations, vaccinations, developmental assessments, therapy services, and more under one roof. We are open 7 days a week and are building a team that listens first, treats with heart, and partners with parents every step of the way.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in improving operational efficiency as Hoola Health continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end operational processes, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, Medical/Clinical teams, and other stakeholders.




- Manage B2B vendors, including onboarding, pricing discussions, SLA negotiations, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Track SLAs and TATs, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action to minimize delays and escalations.
- Develop, document, and implement SOPs to standardize operational processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective planning, tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports to identify trends and improve productivity.
- Analyze operational data to identify patterns, generate business insights, and drive process optimization.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage task allocation and tracking using tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Support market research, business analysis, and strategic initiatives to identify growth and operational opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics and on-ground execution for campaigns, events, and business initiatives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes, services, and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and leverage AI and workflow automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, process optimization, or a similar role.




- Strong understanding of operational workflows, SLA/TAT management, and process improvement.
- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with project and task management tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of operational outcomes.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Experience with AI prompting and workflow automation.
- Product thinking and basic wireframing knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional projects.
- Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
