About The Job A stealth startup is looking for people who enjoy getting things done.
The role involves a mix of research, coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, admin work and end-to-end task execution. No two days will necessarily look the same, so we're looking for people who are comfortable figuring things out independently and taking ownership.
Position: Operations Specialist
Type: Full-Time Gig Engagement
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month
Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Working Hours: Flexible
Additional Hours: Additional hours can be taken up and paid for separately.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of day-to-day operational tasks.
- Conduct online research and gather relevant information.
- Coordinate with people and manage follow-ups.
- Assist with scheduling, bookings and administrative work.
- Track tasks and make sure they are completed end-to-end.
- Solve problems independently and figure out the best way to get things done.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across different types of tasks.
- Communicate clearly and provide regular updates on ongoing work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable using the internet and learning new tools.
- Organised,
reliable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling multiple types of tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.
- Preferred
- Experience in operations, virtual assistance, personal assistance, customer support, administration or coordination.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience managing multiple tasks or stakeholders.
A specific degree is not required. We're more interested in how you think, communicate and get things done.
