Role: International Customer Support / Customer Experience
CTC: 26,000 - 38,000 per month
Shift: Rotational shifts | International time zones

WHAT YOU'LL HANDLE
- Assist international customers through calls, chats or emails
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience
- Work with CRM/ticketing systems to track and resolve queries
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction parameters
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex customer issues
- Follow international communication and service standards
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent spoken & written English is mandatory
- Strong conversational skills and professional etiquette
- Good listening,
problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working with international customers & global time zones
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
