About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Operations Consultant to drive operational excellence for our clients. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and deliver measurable business results. Frequent travel to client locations across India is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client operations and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct operational audits, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Improve production, quality, inventory, warehouse, procurement, and supply chain performance.
- Lead Six Sigma projects, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Develop SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Support ERP implementation, process automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
- Present recommendations and business review reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor Business Analysts and support implementation teams.

Required Qualifications





- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field. MBA in Operations is an added advantage.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operations Management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client projects.
