Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise the complete hospital billing operations for OP, IP, emergency, pharmacy, diagnostics, procedures, and other hospital services.
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of patient bills, invoices, receipts, refunds, and adjustments.
- Monitor cashless, insurance, TPA, corporate, and self-pay billing processes and ensure timely claim submission.
- Review billing discrepancies, cancellations, discounts, credit bills, refunds, and outstanding payments and take corrective action.
- Monitor daily revenue, collections, pending bills, credit balances, and outstanding receivables and prepare management reports.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in hospital billing and insurance.
- Qualification - Any Degree
