nInbound Sales Representatives

nResponsibilities:

n

- Field incoming sales calls and chats
n
- Ability to connect with customers through conversations and provide accurate information and guidance regarding products/services, recommendations based on customer needs
n
- Build trusting relationships with customers understanding their needs.
n
- Offer pre-sales and post-sales support that create high customer satisfaction.
n
- Identify and maximize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
n

nTechnical Support Voice Role

nResponsibilities:

n

n
- Respond promptly, courteously,



and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries
n
- Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolution
n
- Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshooting
n
- Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness
n
- Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns
n
- Outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when needed.

nNotice Period : Immediate Joiner/15 Days

nEducational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

nCTC: 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA
