Planning Engineer for OHE Projects.

- Develop baseline schedules and establish project milestones.

- Monitor progress against approved schedules.

- Identify critical path activities and recommend corrective actions.

- Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term execution plans.

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

- Track project performance against targets.

- Generate S-Curves, dashboards, MIS reports, and productivity reports.

- Monitor resource deployment and utilization.

- Coordinate with site teams to update progress status.

- Analyze project delays and identify root causes.

- Prepare recovery plans and mitigation measures. Assist in extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
