We are hiring a senior Oncology Commercial Leader for a leading pharmaceutical organization in Mumbai.
This is a strategic leadership mandate for an experienced professional who can drive Oncology business growth, P&L;, Sales, Marketing, Product Launches and Commercial Excellence at a national level.

What we're looking for:
- Strong track record in Oncology Sales & Marketing
- Significant Oncology P&L; / business ownership
- Experience leading large/national sales organizations
- Strong KOL, oncologist and institutional relationships
- Proven experience in product launches & portfolio strategy
- Strong understanding of the Indian Oncology market
- Experience driving revenue, profitability, market expansion and commercial strategy
- Excellent people and stakeholder leadership capabilities
Candidates with exposure to Oncology formulations, injectables, targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, biosimilars/biologics, solid tumors or hematological malignancies would be particularly relevant.
