- Inspection and testing as per Control plans/inspection requirements ( FG , Intermediates , RM PM )
- layout inspection and functional testing as per plan and maintain records
- Maintaining Calibration of Instruments and Gauges records co-ordination with agencies
- Maintain 5 S in dept.
- Dept Documentation as per IMS requirements.
- Analysis of Customer Complaints / Customer line rejections , RC , CAPA , Followup audit.
- Perform laboratory testing such as viscosity, gloss, pH, shade, drying time, and adhesion
- Approve or reject batches based on quality specifications
- Maintain QC/QA records, SOPs and documentation
- Monitor proper use and calibration of laboratory instruments
Required Skills
- Testing knowledge including Paint / RM / FG / Intermediates
- Communication in Shift working.
- Team Work
- SAP QC transaction working knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work in all shifts experience required.
