- Tracked orders from start to finish to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with difficult customers.

- Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers after resolving their issues.

- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders on pricing, terms, contracts, agreements.

- Analyse current market trends and identified potential opportunities for improvement.

- Research current market segments in order to identify possible target customers.
