Staff Nurse Responsibilities & Duties

- Assess patients' health status and develop care plans to meet their individual needs

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, progress, and response to treatments

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

- Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Stay current with advances in healthcare and nursing practices

Staff Nurse Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing

- Specialty certification (e.g., oncology, critical care)

- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills





- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

- Advanced life support certification

- Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively

- Knowledge of best practices in patient care

- Current nursing license in the state of practice

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and computer applications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
