Wordsway Centre for Child Development (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 Occupational Therapists to join our child-centered therapy team at Thrippunithura, Kerala.

We are primarily looking for experienced Occupational Therapists, while freshers with the right attitude and interest in pediatric therapy are also welcome to apply.

Occupational Therapist – Pediatric

Location: Thrippunithura, Kerala

Employment: Full-time

What you'll do

- Provide occupational therapy to children with developmental and functional needs.
- Plan and conduct individualized therapy sessions.
- Work on sensory processing, fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, visual-motor skills, self-care and functional independence.
- Use play-based and child-centered therapeutic activities.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain appropriate therapy documentation.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary child-development team.

What we're looking for

Experienced candidates:

- (BOT/MOT) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.




- Experience working with children in a pediatric or child-development setting is preferred.
- Good understanding of pediatric occupational therapy and sensory-motor interventions.
- Ability to independently plan and conduct therapy sessions.

Freshers:

- BOT/MOT graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
- Genuine interest in working with children and willingness to learn are important.
