Position: NPD Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of recent products from concept through production.

- Product process costing for new developments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality assurance.

- Create and review engineering documentation and specifications.

- Perform prototyping and iterative testing to validate design concepts.

- Ensure products comply with all regulatory and safety standards and customer specifications.

- Manage timelines and project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.





- Support manufacturing teams during product launch and resolve any engineering issues that arise.

- Maintain system processes for NPD Engineering activities.

Required Skills

- Hands on experience in Autocad and drawing preparation

- Design of components and machine parts; process tooling design

- Data compilation/Analysis presentation

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- PFMEA
