We are hiring freshers for an International Voice Customer Service process in Bangalore. Candidates with good English communication skills who are interested in building a career in the BPO/Customer Service industry can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Provide accurate and professional solutions to customer concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined timelines.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Meet defined performance parameters such as quality, productivity,



AHT and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Maintain good call handling and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Any UG / Graduate qualification.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
