Role & responsibilities

- Develop new products as per customer requirements.

- Prepare and maintain NPD documents.

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Purchase teams.

- Prepare prototypes and conduct trials.

- Monitor product development activities.

- Review drawings, specifications and BOM.

- Conduct testing and validation of new products.

- Identify and resolve product-related issues.

- Support cost reduction and process improvement.

- Ensure timely completion of new product development.

- Study customer drawings and specifications.

- Prepare RFQ and technical feasibility reports.

- Coordinate prototype development.

- Prepare BOM and engineering documents.

- Conduct trial production and testing.

- Analyze trial results and implement improvements.





- Coordinate with suppliers for new components.

- Follow up on sample development.

- Support PPAP documentation and submission.

- Prepare process flow and work instructions.

- Conduct root cause analysis for product issues.

- Support current product cost estimation.

- Monitor project timelines and development status.

- Ensure product quality and specification compliance.

- Support production during new product launch.

- Maintain NPD project records and reports.

- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.

- Implement engineering changes and revisions.
