NOC Engineer

- 2+ years
- Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
- Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.
- Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
- Managing system backups and network security protocols.




- Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.
- Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.
- Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)

Position Requires:

- Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
- MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.

Essential Requirement:

- Willing to work in dedicated night shift.
- Excellent communication skills
