Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in New Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Validation.
- Experience in vendor development, casting, forging, machining, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
