Role Purpose

Lead the design, engineering, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the Network and Security capability for

NSI, delivering secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and measurable enterprise technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise network and security solutions aligned with business, compliance, and operational requirements.

Develop network architecture, segmentation, connectivity, firewall, VPN, proxy, load balancing, and secure access strategies across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Lead network security assessments, vulnerability remediation, configuration reviews, and risk mitigation activities to strengthen enterprise security posture.

Analyze network performance, availability, incidents, security events, capacity trends, and operational risks to recommend service improvements.

Drive automation, monitoring, alert optimization, and operational workflows to improve network reliability, security response, and governance.

Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to deliver secure connectivity for projects,

migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Create solution documentation, network diagrams, security standards, implementation guidelines, operational runbooks,





and audit-ready evidence.

Manage network lifecycle, capacity planning, policy governance, compliance, firewall rule hygiene, and continuous service improvement across network and security platforms.

Deliver measurable outcomes by improving network resilience, reducing security risk, strengthening compliance,

enhancing visibility, and enabling automation-led modernization.
