Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multimedia Designer role based in Kolkata.

The Multimedia

Designer will create and optimize visual content, including graphics, videos, and web assets that support internal communication, marketing, training, and operational documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing digital and print materials, developing multimedia presentations, producing and editing video content, and creating motion graphics or animations where needed. The role involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and corporate teams to translate complex processes into clear,



visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.

The Multimedia

Designer will manage multiple projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and deadline requirements.

Qualifications

- Robust multimedia skills, including experience creating integrated audio-visual content and interactive media.
- Proficiency in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production using industry-standard tools.
- Graphics and graphic design skills, with the ability to produce layouts, icons, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Web design capabilities, including designing web-ready visuals, basic UI layout, and optimizing assets for digital platforms.
- Experience with design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret technical information and convert it into clear visual communication for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
