– Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Nursery-KG)Position: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Nursery-KG)Qualification:

- Senior Secondary (12th) with minimum 50% marks, OR

- Graduation in any discipline.

- Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT) / ECCE, minimum 2-year duration, recognized by NCTE/State authority.

- B.Ed. with Pre-Primary/ECCE specialization may also be accepted.

Additional Skills / Preferred Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the Montessori method and early childhood education practices.

- Basic computer literacy.

- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Ability to handle and engage young children with patience and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for Nursery, LKG and UKG students.

- Plan and implement play-based, activity-based,



and experiential learning activities.

- Develop children’s basic academic, social, emotional, communication, and motor skills.

- Create a safe, positive, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.

- Monitor students’ participation, learning progress, behaviour, and development.

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.

- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, activities, and other co-curricular programmes.

- Maintain classroom records and complete assigned academic and administrative tasks on time
