About the rolePEP Schoolv2 is looking for a Toddler Educator who is calm, observant, patient, and deeply interested in early childhood development.
You will work in a prepared environment where toddlers are supported to build independence, language, movement, confidence, and social-emotional foundations at their own pace.
Montessori training is preferred but not mandatory — we will train and mentor the right candidate.
What you will do
- Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, child-centred workplace
- Observe each child closely and respond to developmental needs
- Present activities with care and guide children towards independence
- Support development across language, movement, practical life, early math, and social-emotional growth
- Communicate thoughtfully with parents
- Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice
