Craysol Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Mobile Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in E-SIM soldering and mobile phone PCB-level repair.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of micro-soldering, electronic components, PCB repair, and mobile hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform E-SIM soldering, installation, and replacement on mobile phone PCBs.
- Carry out precision soldering and micro-soldering of electronic components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and PCB-level issues.
- Perform component removal, replacement, rework, and repair.
- Identify and repair soldering defects and PCB-level faults.
- Operate soldering stations, hot air rework stations, microscopes, multimeters, and related tools.
- Inspect solder joints and repaired PCBs to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive electronic components and PCBs carefully.
- Complete assigned repair tasks within required time and quality standards.
- Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Requirements

- E-SIM soldering experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Mobile Technician / Mobile Repair Technician.




- Strong knowledge of mobile PCB-level repair and micro-soldering.
- Good understanding of electronic components and PCB circuits.
- Ability to work with small components with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience with mobile repair tools and soldering equipment.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience will be given preference.

Experience Mandatory: Hands-on experience in E-SIM soldering and mobile PCB repair.
