Core Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily or shift-based hospital workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents, facility issues, and safety escalations.
- Patient Care & Conflict Resolution: Address urgent patient or family complaints and oversee service recovery.
- Capacity Management: Assist with patient admissions, bed utilization, discharges, and transfers.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce hospital policies, safety protocols (fire, security, infection control), and regulatory standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
