We are hiring candidates for an International Customer Support Process with an MNC in Gurugram.

The role involves handling international customer queries, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- 0 to 12 months: Freshers / candidates with limited experience can apply (Note :This is an 1-Year Apprenticeship Program for Fresher)

Salary Structure: CTC: 25,000 Stipend During the Apprenticeship

- Master's Freshers: Eligible for the full-time opportunity

Salary Structure: CTC : 2.70 LPA Full time

- For 12+ months Experienced : Candidates with more then 1 Year of International Customer Support experience can apply for Full Time

Salary Structure: CTC : 30% Hike on Last CTC OR MAX Up to 4.50 LPA

Candidate should have:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational/international shifts

Key Responsibilities:





- Handle customer queries from international customers.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve defined productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
