We are looking for a skilled and hardworking MIG Welder to join our commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for MIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment and structures, ensuring proper weld quality, finish, dimensions, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel components.
- Weld commercial kitchen equipment such as:
- Work tables and preparation counters
- Kitchen sinks and washing units
- Storage racks and cabinets
- Cooking equipment frames
- Bakery equipment structures
- Trolleys and other SS fabrication products
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and fabrication drawings.
- Perform tack welding, alignment, squaring, and final welding.
- Ensure proper weld penetration, strength, appearance, and finishing.
- Maintain required dimensions and tolerances during fabrication.
- Identify and correct welding defects such as porosity, undercut, cracks, and excessive spatter.
- Coordinate with fabricators, fitters,



and production supervisors.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain welding equipment properly.
- Complete assigned production work within the required time and quality standards.

Skills Required
- Valuable knowledge of MIG welding techniques and settings.
- Experience working with stainless steel sheets and profiles.
- Ability to handle different thicknesses of sheet metal.
- Basic understanding of fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of grinding, finishing, and basic fabrication processes.
- Ability to maintain good weld quality and clean appearance.
- Teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel fabrication, hotel kitchen equipment, bakery equipment, or sheet-metal fabrication will be an advantage.

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹21,000 per month, depending on experience and welding skills.
