About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Civil Engineer with strong site execution and coordination skills to manage civil, structural, repair, and finishing works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site execution.
- Execute and monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Handle steel structure works, including fabrication, erection, connections, alignment, and coordination with fabricators.
- Manage repair, renovation, restoration, and maintenance works, including identification of defects and appropriate repair methods.
- Read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and steel structure drawings.
- Take site measurements and verify work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and architects.




- Monitor quality, workmanship, material usage, safety, and project timelines.
- Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely rectification.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural and finishing works.
- Practical knowledge of steel structures and repair/maintenance works.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis.
- Good site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and contractors.

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, or high-end construction projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
