- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimates, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and check Contractor RA Bills, final bills, and work completion bills.
- Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Verify contractor bills against approved drawings, BOQ, and actual site measurements.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project/site teams.
- Track material requirements, consumption, and material reconciliation.
- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Monitor execution of RCC, structural steel, masonry, flooring, and finishing works.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and billing statements.
- Support cost control, quantity tracking, and project documentation.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
