Role Overview

Seeking a Senior MES Architect/Lead Consultant with 12+ years of experience in MES and robust expertise in GE Vernova Plant Applications (GE Digital). The role involves leading MES design, implementation, integration, upgrades, and support across global manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Hand on GE Proficy and MES.

- Lead end-to-end GE Plant Applications implementations and rollouts.

- Configure Production, Quality, OEE, Downtime, SPC, and WIP modules.

- Integrate MES with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PLCs, SCADA, and Historians.

- Provide L3/L4 support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Define KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials.

- Mentor teams and collaborate with business and manufacturing stakeholders.

Required Skills

- hands-on experience with GE Proficy and MES, GE Plant Applications.

- Strong knowledge of OEE, Downtime, Quality, Throughput, and manufacturing operations.

- Experience with SQL Server/Oracle, SQL, VB/C# scripting.

- Integration experience with SAP, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and Historians.

- Knowledge of ISA-95, OPC, Modbus, Profinet.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
