We are looking for a professional to design, deploy, and operate enterprise messaging platforms such as IBM MQ and Amazon MQ across AWS environments. The role will involve Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, SRE practices, Linux administration, monitoring and incident management, networking and resilient architecture, SSL certificate management, and collaboration with application and platform teams to deliver secure, highly available messaging services.

Your tasks

- Designing, deploying, and operating enterprise messaging platforms, including IBM MQ and Amazon MQ, across AWS environments
- Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and managing CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Ensuring platform availability, scalability, performance, and reliability through SRE practices and continuous improvement
- Monitoring systems, managing incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and leading postmortem reviews
- Operating and troubleshooting Linux-based environments, including system administration and performance tuning
- Applying networking, replication, multi-datacenter design, and SSL certificate management to support secure and resilient architectures
- Collaborating with application and platform teams, supporting change management through tools such as ServiceNow, and delivering highly available messaging services
- Documenting technical solutions and communicating complex concepts clearly while driving improvements in performance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience administering MQ messaging platforms, including IBM MQ and Amazon MQ, with experience in AWS environments
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation and platform provisioning




- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, with Zabbix being required
- Knowledge of networking, replication, distributed systems, and multi-datacenter environments
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, production support, and strong technical documentation and stakeholder communication
- Advanced English proficiency with strong ownership, accountability, prioritization, and ability to work effectively in international, distributed teams
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred

- Grafana and/or Prometheus for observability
- AWS certification, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
- Hybrid and cloud-native architectures
- ITIL/ITSM frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow
- Avada Infrared360 installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
