- Responsible for planning and managing the Metallurgy lab and monitoring all activities therein to ensure adherence to the defined SOPs and standards
- - Plan, support and contribute to recent product development by way of analysis and testing of new product / material
- - Review quality issues and non conformances and ensure resolution activities like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
- - Provide support in preparation of the budget, plan and systems for the metallurgy lab
- - Ensure preparation of and review documentation and reports pertaining to metallurgy lab
- - Carry out activities for implementation and delivery of quality improvement projects
- - Supervise and guide the Metallurgy team
