- Monitor day-to-day electrical, plumbing and HVAC works at the residential site.

- Coordinate with contractors, technicians and workers.

- Check whether work is being carried out properly and as instructed.

- Identify defects, incomplete work, leakage, electrical issues and other site problems.

- Follow up with contractors for completion of pending works.

- Take photographs/videos and provide regular updates to the owner.

- Maintain a straightforward list of completed, ongoing and pending works.

- Check materials delivered to the site against the requirement.

- Assist in checking measurements and completed work before payment.

- Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

- Maintain basic records of equipment, warranties and service details.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
