MEPF Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Industry: Real Estate / Construction we are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting (MEPF) works at project sites.

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEPF site execution, contractor coordination, technical drawings, BOQ, quantity estimation, quality inspection, and project coordination within real estate or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute MEPF works at project sites.
- Review MEPF drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and site teams.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Verify material quality and ensure materials meet project requirements.




- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEPF systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs.
- Assist with quantity estimation and contractor billing verification.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of MEPF activities.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of MEP/MEPF site execution.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEPF drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation and contractor billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of IS codes, safety standards and construction practices.
- Good site coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and project teams.

Pay: ₹327,650.07 - ₹623,289.77 per year
