Hiring: Membership Sales Consultant

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Membership Sales Consultant to drive gym memberships and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert membership leads

Handle enquiries, calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups

Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Drive renewals, upgrades, and referrals

Maintain lead and sales records

Support promotions and membership campaigns

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in sales / business development / fitness / hospitality / retail

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident, energetic, and customer-focused

Solid follow-up and target-oriented approach

Fitness industry experience is an advantage
