Nagarmal Modi Sewa Sadan, Ranchi is a 70-year-old, society-run, 180-bedded hospital serving the community with a strong legacy of healthcare services.

We are looking for experienced and committed healthcare professionals for the following positions:

1. Medical Superintendent / Hospital AdministratorQualification – Any one of the following:

- MBBS with a qualification in Hospital Administration (preferred)
- MHA / MBA – Hospital Management
- Retired Armed Forces Medical Corps Officer with relevant hospital administration experience
- Experienced Hospital Administrator with a proven track record

Experience:

- Approximately 10 years of experience in hospital administration
- Approximately 5 years in an independent administrative leadership role
- Experience in a 100–250 bedded multi-specialty hospital
- Exposure to NABH standards and quality systems will be an advantage

Key Responsibility: Overall responsibility for the day-to-day administration and operational management of the hospital,



ensuring effective coordination across clinical and non-clinical functions.

? Compensation: ₹20–24 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.

2. General Surgeon – MS

- Full-time salaried position
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience

3. Specialist Consultants – MD / MS / DNBWe are looking for consultants in the following specialties:

- Nephrologist
- Physician – Kidney / Renal Medicine
- Urologist
- Neuro Physician
- Neuro Surgeon
- Diabetologist
- Rheumatologist – Joint & Autoimmune Disorders
- Psychiatrist
- ENT Specialist
