Roles and Responsibilities :

- Review and edit clinical documents, including medical records, reports, and summaries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies or errors in the documentation process.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for formatting, style guidelines, and quality control measures.

- Provide feedback to medical scribes on grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, and clarity of written content.

Job Requirements :

- 1-15 years of experience in a similar role within the medical services/hospital setting.

- Robust proofreading skills with attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.

- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) systems or other digital platforms used for storing patient data.

- Ability to work independently from home office environment.
