Role & responsibilities

- Managing the strategic and the day-to-day operations of the entire hospital.
- To ensure all departments are comprehensive staffed to the extent possible.
- Liaising and supervising all clinical departments and staff to ensure delivery of medical services of high quality within the patient Safety environment.
- Manage medical services, including patient care, treatment plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for hospital operations as per NABH Standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards

Preferred candidate profile

- MBBS with MBA or Post Graduation in Hospital Administration.
- Candidate should have minimum 3 yrs of experience in Administration profile in Medical services.
