Urgent Hiring – Medical Retina Specialist

Qualification

- MS/DNB Ophthalmology
- Fellowship in Medical Retina – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Retina OPD consultations and comprehensive retinal evaluations
- Diagnose and manage diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), retinal detachment.
- Perform Intravitreal Injections, Retinal Laser procedures
- Interpret OCT, Fundus Fluorescein Angiography (FFA), Fundus Photography, and B-Scan findings
- Manage retinal emergencies and post-operative follow-up care
- Counsel patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient care
- Coordinate with Cataract, Glaucoma, Cornea, and General Ophthalmology teams for multidisciplinary care

Skills Required

- Robust expertise in Medical Retina
- Good communication and patient counselling abilities
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume eye care setup
