Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic at the Government Medical College Campus, Kozhikode, with over 15 years of service in mental health care. Our team of 30 includes a psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, child rehab specialists, and family therapists. We offer psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment for depression and other conditions.

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative to build awareness of our rTMS services among doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit psychiatrists, neurologists, general physicians, and hospitals to introduce and explain rTMS therapy at Mind Weavers
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions
- Generate patient referrals and track referral sources
- Organise and support CMEs, doctor meets, awareness talks, and health camps
- Distribute scientific and promotional material about rTMS




- Achieve monthly visit and referral targets
- Maintain daily call reports and update the doctor database
- Gather market feedback and competitor information and share it with management
- Coordinate with the front office and clinical team for smooth patient onboarding

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc, B.Pharm, or Life Sciences preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Experience in CNS/psychiatry or neurology division is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication in Malayalam and English
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and neighbouring districts
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and presentable
- Commitment to ethical medical promotion practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
