Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Pharma Sales

Qualification: Graduate

Preferred: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative (MR) to promote pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, achieve sales targets, and manage the assigned territory effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors.
- Achieve monthly and territory-wise sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Manage and develop the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Maintain regular reporting of daily field activities and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Pharma Sales.
- Experience in Gynecology, Orthopedics & GP segments preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales.
- Good territory management skills.
- Graduate qualification; B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
