Mechanical Technician

- Experience: 8 -10 Years in food processing and bakery equipment such as ovens, grill machines, liquid cookers, defrosting units, cooling tunnels, vacuum systems, sealing machines, spiral freezers, packing machines, make-up lines, tunnel ovens, topping lines, and flow-pack machinery. Also familiar with utility systems including boilers, chillers, RO systems, ammonia compressors, air compressors, and HVAC systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair Mechanical components of machinery and equipment.
- Apply knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to modify, redesign,



or improve Mechanical components when required to enhance system performance.
- Overhauling different types of pumps and gearboxes.
- Practical knowledge of all bearing units(dismantling and assembling)
- Sound knowledge in welding and fabrication
- Overhauling of various pumps, Knowledge about Diesel boiler, Knowledge about air compressors, Able to handle hand and power tools
- Knowledge about Electrical Trouble shootings like ( PLC,VFD.HMI,Control Panel ,etc. )
- Knowledge about PID drawings & Mechanical & Electrical Drawings.
