Job Summary
Optima Poultry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineers to join our Poultry Feed Additives Mix-L Machines Manufacturing, Installation & Service Team.
The selected candidates will be involved in mechanical engineering activities related to machine manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, installation, commissioning, maintenance and service at our Head Office, project locations and customer sites.
Candidates with relevant experience in poultry machinery / feed mill machinery / industrial machinery will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the manufacturing and fabrication of Poultry Feed Additives Mix-L Machines.
- Coordinate and supervise mechanical assembly and machine fabrication activities.
- Assist in machine installation, commissioning and servicing at project and customer locations.
- Conduct site visits for installation, inspection, troubleshooting and service requirements.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with welders, fitters and other production/service team members.
- Identify mechanical issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of mechanical assembly and fabrication work.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of projects.
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical and service-related records.
- Follow company safety procedures and engineering standards.
- Travel to project and customer site locations as required.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in mechanical machinery manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, installation or service.
- Experience in Poultry Feed Additives Mix-L Machines will be an added advantage.
- Experience in poultry machinery / feed mill machinery / industrial machinery will be preferred.
- Good understanding of mechanical components, fabrication and machine assembly.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project and customer site locations.
Preferred Candidates Candidates with relevant experience in:
- Poultry machinery
- Feed mill machinery
- Feed additive machinery
- Industrial machinery
- Machine manufacturing
- Machine installation & commissioning
- Mechanical fabrication and assembly
- Machinery service and maintenance
will be given priority.
Job Location
Coimbatore – Head Office / Project & Site Locations The role requires willingness to travel to project and customer locations based on business requirements.
