Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with proven experience of working on Special purpose machines, Robotics, Food Processing Machines, Conveyor, Pick & place, Workstations, Trolleys, Assembly lines & Material Handling systems.

Responsible for Design, Development and get involved into executional support for above machines.

The ideal Designer must be up to date with state-of-the-art mechanical processes and technology.

The candidate must thrive in a challenging environment.

Experimentation and innovation are the cornerstones of the Design engineer job profile.

Role & responsibilities:

Being the Design Engineer, you will be responsible to -

- Design and develop mechanical systems, keeping in mind the budget, timelines and other essential credentials.
- Report to the senior mechanical design engineers and report to the company regarding the status of each project
- Perform regular tests and experiments to determine how to better improve the machines and components.
- Use CAD and 3D CAD programs to plan the mechanical design projects
- Troubleshoot problems and advise the solutions to resolve them
- Research and keep up with the agile technology and trends in the mechanical design spectrum

Requirements and skills

- Proven work experience as a Mechanical Designer on Machine design and development.
- Proficient in CAD software:



Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software such as Solid Edge, UG NX, CATIA, & AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles: In-depth understanding of mechanical design principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science
- Familiarity with engineering standards: Knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and regulatory requirements
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems
- Ability to use analytical tools to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs

Preferred candidate profile

- Exposure to the SPM, Conveyor, Assembly Line and Industrial Robotics. .
- Should have hands-on experience in Solid works or Solid Edge, AutoCAD, UGNX, Catia or any 3D software.
- Should have designing experience in automated SPM Design, Machine design.
- Designer with a background in SPM, Robotics, or any specific machine manufacturing.
- Good communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Qualification:

- Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in - Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automobile
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge about technology and deep understanding level about project requirement.
- 3 Year and above work experience with any recommended Organisation.
