OPEN POSITIONMechanical Maintenance – Manager / Senior Professional

Vacancy: 1 Position

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Mechanical Maintenance qualified to lead maintenance activities and support smooth, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Monitor maintenance TAT and drive continuous improvement.

2. Breakdown Management

- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Identify root causes of recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure quick restoration of equipment within defined TAT.

3. Equipment Reliability & Performance

- Monitor the health and performance of plant machinery.
- Improve equipment reliability through maintenance best practices.
- Track KPIs such as equipment uptime and maintenance TAT.

4. Utility & Infrastructure Management

- Ensure effective maintenance of plant utilities and infrastructure.
- Monitor utility systems for uninterrupted plant operations.




- Coordinate inspections and repairs of mechanical assets.

5. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize spare utilization.
- Coordinate procurement to avoid maintenance delays.

6. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
- Maintain statutory, environmental, and company requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety awareness programs.

7. Team Management

- Lead, guide, and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

8. Audits, Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Maintain SOPs, reports, registers, and departmental records.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in maintenance management.
- Experience in Aluminium Extrusion / Foundry / Metal Processing industries preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
