Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician

Experience: 1 - 8 Years

Location: Chennai

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Basic Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in mechanical machine assembly
- Ability to read and understand mechanical / engineering drawings
- Experience in machine building and assembly
- Knowledge of mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, guides and gearboxes
- Experience in precision fitting and alignment
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic components
- Experience using hand tools and torque wrenches
- Basic knowledge of fits, tolerances and mechanical fasteners
- Able to perform assembly inspection and troubleshooting
- Basic experience in machine installation and commissioning
- Able to identify and rectify mechanical assembly issues
- Knowledge of 5S, safety and quality standards
