Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design team and ensure timely delivery of creative work.
Guide designers by understanding business requirements and communicating the desired design direction.
Develop creative and innovative ideas for marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.
Stay updated with market trends, digital platforms, design, and visual communication.
Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
Key Skills:
Relevant experience in Marketing/Creative/Design.
Strong creative and creative thinking.
Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and design.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Qualification:
MBA Marketing with B.Arch/B.Des preferred.
Salary:
Rs.35,000-Rs.40,000
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
