About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing,

social media,

content & creatives,

campaigns, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals across Google, Social Media, email, and other online channels.
- Monitor & Optimize campaign performance, website traffic, leads, and marketing KPIs. Prepare regular marketing reports and provide actionable insights.
- Create, Plan and manage social media content, creatives and brand communication, marketing content, including posts, blogs, creatives, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers,



and marketing vendors when required.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in an CRM, ERP, SaaS, or B2B company.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Preference in MBA Marketing from a reputable Uni / College

Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM, and marketing automation tools.Role & responsibilities
